You have to create a profile as shown below it is working in few states only.
Following are the setting :
APN:- airtelgprs.com
Proxy:- vuclip.com
Port:- 80
Homepage: 174.142.196.230 OR 50.7.14.182
Now save your settings and restart your mobile.
