Automatically Set Bing Wallpaper as your Google Homepage Background

Microsoft's Bing search engine is known for its creative & cool backgrounds. Bing updates its homepage background every day with a unique wallpaper. However, Google overtakes Bing when it comes to regular web search. So, if you're a Google fan but likes to use Bing's 'wallpaper of the day' in Google, all you got to do is save the wallpaper on to your desktop and upload it into Google by selecting the "Change background image" option found on Google homepage footer.

The disadvantage of this process is that it has to be done manually why because Bing's homepage will get updated regularly. However, there is a work around for this.

Bing Wallpaper for Google Homepage is a chrome extension that automatically pulls the current background from Bing homepage and sets it as your Google.com homepage background everyday.

There are few other options offered by this chrome extension which are as follows:

  •     Random daily Bing homepage in low resolution - Recommended for faster loading
  •     Random daily Bing homepage
  •     Current daily Bing homepage
  •     RSS or Picasa Link image – you can add the RSS feed of a Flickr Photo stream or a Picasa image link and let the extension display new image everyday from your list
